Desain penelitian ini adalah one group pre-test post-test dan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dimana analisisnya menggunakan uji T karena merupakan penelitian eksperimen. hasil dari penelitia ini adalah penerapan metode pembelajaran SQ3R berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas V pada mata pelajaran IPS di SD Negeri Benda 01.
