Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa metode yang digunakan oleh guru dalam membina siswanya di bidang tembang macapat yaitu dengan media Audio visual, karena media audio visual sangat menunjang dalam pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa kunci kesuksesan dalam pembelajaran yang menghasilkan siswa menjadi juara tingkat kecamatan maupun tingkat kabupaten.
From the data it could be concluded that the treatment in experimental class was successful and word wall as one of the alternative media effectively improved the students vocabulary mastery on the eight grade the students of SMP Ma'arif NU 4 Bantarkawung in the academic year 2013/2014.
Students were more enthusiastic, comprehension, and also mastery improved became 90,1% in the second cyle where in the first cycle was 87,5%. So, english comic series as the alternative media in improving the students vocabulary mastery was effective.
