Metode Kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penerapan alat peraga konkrit pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dengan hasil belajar siswa. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket dan teknik analisa data uji korelasi product momen menunjukan hasil bahwa adanya hubungan yang positif antara penerapan alat peraga konkrit pada pembelajaran IPA.
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dari keseluruhan proses penelitian hasilnya adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI terhadap sikap disiplin siswa kelas IV. Hal tersebut juga tidak terlepas dari peran aktif sekolah atau guru mata pelajaran PAI yang menanamkan nilai-nilai agama terutama pembiasaan sikap disiplin di dalam diri siswanya.
From the data it could be concluded that the treatment in experimental class was successful and word wall as one of the alternative media effectively improved the students vocabulary mastery on the eight grade the students of SMP Ma'arif NU 4 Bantarkawung in the academic year 2013/2014.
Students were more enthusiastic, comprehension, and also mastery improved became 90,1% in the second cyle where in the first cycle was 87,5%. So, english comic series as the alternative media in improving the students vocabulary mastery was effective.
