Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden 15 guru SD Negeri Dabin IV kelas V. Untuk pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan kuesioner.
Dari hasil kuesioner, penulis menyimpulkan ada hubungan antara dua variebel yang cukup kuat. Kompetensi profesional guru juga memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.
