There was significant effect of jigsaw method to improve the students reading skill in narrative text. It was found that there was score improvement of pre to post-test of experimental class, the mean score pre to post test of experimental group was increased (70.50>51.00).
The correlation between vocabulary mastery and reading comprehension skill in advanced class at Sanggar Kampung pintar HIMA PBI STKIP Islam Bumiayu was high.
The mean of the students test result of the pre-test was 64.914, the cycle one result was 69.257, the cycle two result was 75.9 and the post-test was 83.342, it can be inferred that sequence pictures were effective helping students in improving the students writing skill in procedure text.
